Return Policy

Ohio Dobermans strives for 100% customer satisfaction, and we will work diligently to achieve that.

Our business is training and boarding services for dogs.  Occasionally we breed our personal Dobermans for the purpose of keeping our favorite pup(s), and we carefully select homes for any remaining puppies at no cost to the new owners.  Most owners solicit boarding and training services from us for the puppies, but this is not a requirement for ownership.

Payments are non-refundable.  Payment made by client is confirmation of client's complete satisfaction.  Clients are encouraged to discuss any issues before payment is made so that we can work toward a resolution.
